I was asked to create a project using some of the DCWV open stock paper that can be found at JoAnn's Fabric and Crafts. You can find this project in the signage about the open stock in the store, but I'm not sure how long it will be there. For me it's exciting to go into the store and see my project posted for everyone to see. I don't know the exact name of the paper, but it's still available and I also use coordinating solid card stock for the photo mat, words, and scrolling I did on the flower at the top.
